Titan Fence has been in business since 2003.

2. What types of services do you provide?

We furnish and install fencing and related perimeter security products such as bollards, gates, railings, guardrails, arbors, pergolas, and access control systems.

3. Will your products add value to my property?

In most cases, adding a fence, deck, or patio to your residential property will add value to your property. An appraisal must be complete to properly determine the improved value.

4. Do I need to obtain the permits for my job?

No. Titan Fence will obtain all necessary permits. Customers are responsible to obtain any variances if needed.

5. Does my fence have to be installed a certain distance from the property line?

This depends on city ordinances and zoning requirements. We can help with this process to make sure your new fence conforms to code.

6. What is Texas 811?

Titan Fence is required by law to contact Texas 811 prior to starting any job. Texas 811 is a free service that comes out to make any underground utility lines. This process is done to prevent damage or injury during installation.

7. When can I expect my job to be installed?

Your sales rep will provide you with an estimated start date. A job can not be started until all necessary permits have been obtained and Texas 811 has been called. Once permits are obtained and the property is marked, you will be notified of your installation date. Weather can also be a factor in determining the start date of a job. If you have any questions about your installation date, please contact your sales associate for clarification.

8. How long will it take to complete my job?

Many factors can determine your job’s completion date. Once we start your job, we will keep you informed of the progress until it’s complete.

9. How can I get in touch with my sales associate?

Your sales associate will give you a business card with all of their contact information. You are more than welcome to call, text, or email your associate. If you can’t get a hold of them, feel free to call our main office and we can connect you to the appropriate sales rep.
